No, clubs are not required to use this platform.

The discount is 50% off Pro, Business, Large Meetings, and Webinars.

How much is Zoom service without a discount?Back to Top
Zoom offers various plans—a free-to-use Basic plan (which limits meetings to 40 minutes), a Pro plan for $16.99 USD a month per license (which has no time limit and can host up to 100 participants), and a Business Plan for $21.99 a month per license. With the discount code, you can choose to pay monthly or pay annually to save 17% on each plan, with an overall commitment of 12 months, minimum.

What if our club already has an account; can we still receive a discount?Back to Top
If your club already has a paid subscription, the discount will not apply until your next renewal.
The code can be inputted in the Plan Management page in the Coupon section when logged into your Zoom account. The discount will be applied the next time your account is charged.
If your account does not currently have a paid subscription, you can add the code in the Coupon Code field during checkout.

How do members get the code?Back to Top
Club officers can send an email to zoomdiscountcode@toastmasters.org for a code. Each club is eligible for up to one discount code per year.

Will everyone receive the same code?Back to Top
No, each code will be unique.

Does the code expire?Back to Top
Once a discount code has been applied to your club's account, the discount will automatically be applied when your subscription renews. If there is a break in the subscription, you will need a new code.

My code does not work. Who do I contact?Back to Top
If you have issues with your discount code, you can contact the Club Quality and Member Support team at zoomdiscountcode@toastmasters.org.

What if the person in charge of the account leaves?Back to Top
If the member in charge of the account leaves the club, ownership can be changed by following these instructions. If a user cannot host a meeting scheduled under their login, we recommend setting another Licensed user on the account as the Alternative Host. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
